Shipping Policy – Nakear

At Nakear, we strive to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms:

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM or on Sundays/Public Holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Once shipped, a tracking link will be sent via WhatsApp, SMS, or Email.

2. Delivery Timelines

We provide Pan-India shipping with the following estimated timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 3–4 business days.

  • Standard Delivery (Rest of India): 4–7 business days.

  • Note: Timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, location accessibility, or courier delays.

3. Shipping & COD Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: Enjoy 100% Free Shipping across India with no minimum order value.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): * Available only for orders between ₹580 and ₹5,000.

    • A non-refundable Convenience Fee of ₹49 applies to all COD orders.

    • This fee is for the "Cash Collection" service and is not part of the product price.

4. Mandatory COD Verification

To reduce failed deliveries and ensure order quality:

  • All COD orders require Instant WhatsApp Confirmation.

  • If an order remains unconfirmed for over 12 hours, Nakear reserves the right to cancel the order automatically to release inventory.

5. Failed Delivery & Return to Origin (RTO)

If a package is returned to us due to an Incorrect Address, Customer Unavailability, or Refusal at Doorstep:

  • The order will be cancelled.

  • To re-ship the order, the customer must pay prepaid shipping charges in advance.

  • Accounts with repeated RTO history will have their COD privileges permanently revoked.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages (The "Unboxing" Rule)

To protect against transit damage or missing items:

  • You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Mandatory Requirement: A clear unboxing video (starting from the sealed courier bag) is required to process any claim for damage or missing products. Without video proof, claims will not be entertained.

7. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete address (including House No., Street, and Landmark). Nakear is not liable for delivery failures caused by incomplete contact details.
