Nakear – Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
At Nakear, we aim to deliver a premium, "Minimal and Bold" experience. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Return & Exchange Request Window
Customers must initiate a request via email within 7 days from the date of delivery. Requests made after this period are final and ineligible for processing. All initiations are handled manually by the Nakear team; an exchange is not guaranteed and is subject to our internal review.
2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms

Convenience Fee: A non-refundable handling fee of ₹99 applies to all COD orders. This fee is a service charge for logistics and is not refundable or adjustable under any circumstances.

Verification: All COD orders require a one-click confirmation via WhatsApp. Unconfirmed orders will be cancelled after 12 hours.
3. Eligible Reasons for Return
Returns/Exchanges are strictly accepted only in the following cases:

Product received is physically damaged.

Incorrect item delivered.

Clear manufacturing defect.

Note: In these cases, Nakear will manage the logistics. For all other reasons, refer to Section 4.
4. Size & Style Exchanges
Customers may request a size exchange within 7 days, subject to availability.

Handling Fee: For exchanges due to size preference or "change of mind," a processing charge of ₹200 applies. This must be paid via the link provided by our team before we initiate the reverse pickup.

No Guaranteed Credit: If the requested size is unavailable, Nakear may offer an alternative style. Store credit is not guaranteed and will be issued only at the sole discretion of the brand.
5. Product Condition Requirements
To be considered for review, products must:

Be unused, unwashed, and free from perfume, stains, or odor.

Have all original tags and labels attached.

Be returned in original packaging.

Safe Side Rule: We strongly recommend filming an unboxing video. Requests regarding damage without video proof may be rejected.
6. Color & Fabric Disclaimer
Product colors may vary slightly due to studio lighting or screen settings. Such variations, along with personal preferences regarding fabric "feel," do not qualify as defects and are ineligible for returns.
7. Refund Policy

No Cash Refunds for Preferences: We do not offer monetary refunds for customer errors (wrong size) or preference changes.

Approved Refunds: If a refund is approved (only for defects/wrong items), it will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

COD Refunds: For approved COD refunds, the ₹99 convenience fee is excluded from the refund amount.
8. Refused Deliveries & Fraud Prevention
Nakear reserves the right to restrict future COD privileges or black-list accounts that:

Refuse delivery at the doorstep without a valid reason.

Have a high history of unconfirmed or returned COD orders.
9. How to Initiate a Request
To begin a manual review, please email us. Do not ship products back without our prior email authorization.
